It was an amazing stay for me and my family. The hotel is very family friendly and all the staff are very warm and hospitable. Special mention to Sevinc, Umut, Mustafa and Asiye. They make you feel extremely welcome and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

Fabulous place to stay, so close to the metro etc. very quiet and peaceful with great poll and sauna. Breakfast was excellent also, staff are very helpful.

All is good for a short trip but the apartment was hot. We did not sleep well. It was 0-2 degrees outside and 28 degrees inside

Globalement, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui était très agréable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je tiens toutefois à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme d’Emre et d’Umut, qui ont été très accueillants et serviables. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été fortement dégradée par le comportement de Gockhan, qui n’a, selon moi, rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Il a été très désagréable avec les clients, s’exprimant de manière incorrecte et avec beaucoup d’agacement, ce qui ne correspond pas du tout aux standards attendus dans un hôtel.
