Stayed one night and would definitely return. Worth the price, with a good vibe and smooth check in. Both night and morning reception staff were helpful. The coffee and breakfast near reception gave a nice, welcoming feel—great when staying abroad. Also in Şişli, same 10-minute walk to the metro, with supermarkets around.

Very nice, just an unhelpful member of staff who did nothing to help us with our booking. Other than that its perfect.

The hotel itself was excellent, and I would happily give it five stars for the property, cleanliness, and overall stay. However, the staff were extremely unhelpful. When I arrived, I discovered I had accidentally booked for the following week. The hotel had availability for that night, but instead of helping resolve the issue or offering any practical assistance, I was simply told to contact Hotels.com. As a result, I had to pay for an additional night. I submitted a review reflecting this experience, giving top marks for the hotel and one star for the staff, but Hotels.com refused to publish it despite it being factual, polite, and free of any inappropriate language. Based on my experience, both the staff response and the handling of customer reviews have been disappointing as I have given a true account. If this gets rejected, I will then place all screenshots and info on all the testimonial websites associated with hotels.com I am with them for around 15 years and am a gold member for transparency.

Bostay is a NO STAY The woman working in the evening (red/purple hair) was rude. I informed her the shower was broken. She said she'd send someone to check. I waited an hour. No one came by. The shower stayed like that for the duration of the trip ie the hand held had no shower head on it and a sharp end. Rooms are cramped. Much better accomodations are available in Istanbul at lower rates. I've never given a hotel a negative rating anywhere I've travelled, which is 35+ countries throughout 4 continents. That's how bad this was. Don't stay here.

I am very satisfied about the room and also about the hotel reception, common spaces and staff. Thanks a lot for their help.

Otel içindeki yetersiz yalıtım yüzünden, yan odalardaki tüm konuşmalar olduğu gibi odamıza geliyordu. Bunun dışında herşey mükemmel

Great location and comfortable stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained.

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ce ilgiliydi. Çok misafirperverler ve yardımseverler. Otelde çok temiz ve güzel bir lokasyonda. Otelin girişindeki cafede mükemmel kahveler yapıyorlar. Ortam ve ambiyans şahane. Bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatlerimde kalacağım yer belli! Şiddetle tavsiye ederim :)

Rooms were clean nice and comfortable. Perfect location.

Warm welcome and a great location for my needs. Clean and comfortable
