This hotel was really nice. The lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful, even to a non-native language speaker. The room was larger than I expected. The room had a safe that was easy to operate, built-in bluetooth sound system, nice lighting and a large bed. Plenty of electrical receptacles were available also. The bathroom had a nice shower that was easy to operate and had plenty of hot water. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

Great hotel and good location for a quite trip

The hotel needs some TLC. Staff was great, but carpets and pillows were nasty.

The hotel is good, breakfast, good, bed is good The hotel itself is ok The problem was with the resptionist Ahmed, he is not professional, he doesn't help, i made a complain about the shower drain 4 times and nothing happened until last day, actually he made my stay not that good

It was good but very expensive compared to the normal rate due to pharmaceutical expo

Our room was not very clean. There were stains on walls, bedding and the floor. The bathroom was clean but had a horrible smell (was unsure if this was just the sewers). The soundproofing was also really poor, the room next door we could hear nearly every single noise, and someone snoring during the night.

Although the hotel itself was okay, the experience here cost is way more than we bargined for. I made a mistake with booking, as it was an overnight flight, and we lost a day in travel. When we showed up for the reservation we were told that we were late, and only then did I realize my mistake. We were less than 24 hours into our reservation and the person at the front checked us in right away (for what I thought was the rest of the reservation). When it was time to checkout, we were BILLED an additional $100Euro, which was $179CAD (which is on top of the $335CAD we'd already paid to Expedia). The receipt also showed a refund that was applied to a credit card that is not ours.

Everything was as it was represented when booking online.
