Great hotel that’s very clean and beautiful view of the water. The bed is HUGE and the staff is very friendly. Only downfall is the location. You must have some form of transportation to get anywhere. Other than that, would definitely stay again if I had a car or rented a scooter.

It’s well maintained hotel, but not close to any tourist place. But it’s so nice fire sporty people, play tennis, go to gym and have a rest.

We stayed in The Oceanic Sportel for 5 nights. We, however, spent most of the days on tours and did not use any of the facilities hotel offers (pool, gym, tennis courts). Be aware of the location of the hotel, there are no close beaches as most of them are on the other side of the island. The staff is always nice. We took breakfast at the hotel as well. The breakfast offers a lot to choose from.

You will be impressed for the price for this hotel. Great if trying to be near the Marina. I got a room with a view of the ocean I think I would have been just as happy without the veiw. Probably my only 1 issue personaly is no smoking on baloney policy.

The property was very comfortable, the AC worked great. The pool was really nice and big and the breakfast was delicious every morning! The bed was super super comfortable and the staff was great! I enjoyed the gym, it had all the machines I needed and the WiFi was good too! The only thing is that it’s far from the nice beaches. I rented a motorbike to get around so it was fine, but if you’re not an experienced driver the drives can seem far and stressful, however if you are comfortable riding, it’s all good. I overall loved staying here.

Only after checking in did I dicover their so called beach is a cesspool on the ocean Do not stay here .. total rip off no compensation they stole about 300 to abort reservation .. horrible location . Worst hotel ever

our swimming pool to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort for our guests.

The swimming pool will be temporarily closed from June 15 to July 15, 2026. Please note that if the maintenance is completed

ahead of schedule, the swimming pool will be reopened immediately.

To ensure your guests continue to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay during this period, we are pleased to offer the following complimentary compensation benefits for all bookings staying between these dates:

1. Flexible Check-in: Early check-in before 3:00 PM (subject to room availability).

2. Extended Check-out: Late check-out until 2:00 PM (standard check-out is 12:00 PM, subject to room availability).

3. Complimentary Shuttle Service: One free round-trip shuttle per day from the hotel to the following destinations (subject

to availability):

Phuket Premium Outlet – approximately 10 minutes

Andamanda Water Park – approximately 15 minutes

Central Phuket Festival – approximately 15 minutes

Phuket Old Town – approximately 20 minutes

4. Daily Afternoon Tea: Complimentary afternoon tea served at Tiebreak Lounge from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM daily.

Additionally, guests who wish to visit Andamanda Water Park may contact our Front Office Team to receive special discounted ticket rates available exclusively for our hotel guests.
