Stayed here for 3 nights with family. The location is definitely the highlight – it's just a short walk from the train station and also within easy walking distance to the Luodong Night Market. There’s a supermarket directly in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for grabbing essentials or snacks. The room size was decent for a family, and we appreciated the kid-friendly facilities. The little electric cars, ball pit, and Nintendo Switch corner kept our children entertained during downtime, which was a big plus. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The soundproofing is very poor – we could clearly hear our neighbors’ crying baby through the thin walls, and footsteps and voices in the corridor were constant throughout the night. Sleep was quite disrupted. Another major issue was the lack of basic bathroom amenities – specifically, no hand soap provided. When we called the front desk, we were told they had run out, and unfortunately, this wasn’t rectified during our entire 3-day stay. Breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was limited and we had to book a 1-hour time slot in advance, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Lastly, the overall decor and renovation felt basic and somewhat dated. Maintenance could be better, and the property is probably due for a refresh soon. Verdict: Great location and kid-friendly features, but be prepared for noise issues and a few inconveniences that may affect your comfort.

The staffs are friendly and nice! My kids enjoy the indoor playground and the driving car section, worth the stay and money! Would recommend to others!

We stayed here last year and had been wanting to come back! Staff very friendly, room was very nice, food was delicious. Most importantly kids had a blast!

Nice children hotel with fresh clean rooms . Plenty of activities within the hotel to keep the kids busy. Room rates is pricier as compared to nearby hotels but its worth it . Walking distance to Luodong station and night market. Overall experience is very good especially for the kids.

Had a small incident but staff was fast to react and handled it politely. Highly recommended for families with kids. Spacious and clean room. Kids facilities which will make the kids keep asking to go back

Extra bed service must be reserved in advance and is subject to room availability on the day. For inquiries, please contact the hotel’s customer service staff.

Starting October 1, 2024, in response to government environmental policies, Check Inn Tomaji Kids Hotel will no longer proactively provide single-use amenities (such as toothbrush sets, combs, shower caps, shaving kits, grooming kits including cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc.).

Shampoo, body wash, and other essentials will continue to be provided in the rooms to ensure comfort while supporting sustainability.
