Very well located place. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The room was small. The staff were very helpful, and we got daily room service. Everything was kept clean and nice.

Everything from communication to the staff was five stars for our entire stay. Incredibly located 20 minutes to everything. Super clean, and they are there to help you in any way possible from restaurant recommendations to arranging rides to and from the airports or the cruise terminal. I cannot recommend enough staying here really above and beyond service. Incredible price and amenities compared to going to a bigger hotel. 24 hour a day communication. I will absolutely tell or recommend everyone I know going to Rome to stay here.

We stayed in this hotel for six nights. What we like the most of this hotel is the location. It is very close to the train station and you can go almost all of the attractions by walking, which was what we did except going to the Vatican Museum. The "front desk" staff were very friendly and helpful. But you communicate with them through mobil chat (iMessage in our case). Of course you can ask them to come to your room to talk, person-to-person. That happened couple times during our stay. The cleaning staff need more professionalism training though.

Very kind and helpful staff. Gave food recommendations. Center of most monuments with only 10-15 minutes walks. Perfect stay.
