Very nice and spacious room. Beautiful city night views from the balcony. Convenient and walkable for food and shopping. Staff is super nice and eager to help with anything. The shower was a bit dirty and could have used better upkeep. Great AC!!

The hotel was very nice but convenient if you’re coming to experience Bangkok as a tourist. Mostly everything was a 40min to 1 hour drive to the city. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful

1. Amazing staff. They are always helpful and pleasant.
2. Breakfast buffet - so many options and menus varied daily.
3. Four huge shopping centers around.
4. Apt-style room with lots of space.
Con -
1. Everything is a bit of rundown. Old shower heads, weak water pressure (no hot water). They offer utensils and pots but no plates.
2. At least an hour from downtown Bangkok.
3. Washing machine in-room but no dryer function.

I recently stayed at Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin Hotel, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately set the tone for our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the city.
The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our visit special. A highlight of our trip was the thoughtful birthday fruit tray they prepared, which added such a personal and memorable touch.
From check-in to check-out, the staff at Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to returning in the future!
