My partner and I were very happy with our stay. The room was incredible, clean, and had very useful amenities. Staff were welcoming and professional, and the note congratulating us on our anniversary was very kind. We absolutely will be coming to stay again in the future!

Clean comfortable and quiet rooms. King single beds big enough for son who is 6 foot. Coles supermarket across road good for preparing meals.

Great stay at Oakwood Premier. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travellers. My first choice when I travel to Vic.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood - a very clean modern hotel. Enjoyed the bonus of free wine tasting on one of the nights. Downsides - The hotel lobby & hallways are overly perfumed with air fresheners to the point it was nauseating and triggered asthma attacks. Lifts are incredibly slow and often very crowded. Allow more time for trying to go up and down to your room. We checked out Sunday morning - and went to the lobby bar for a coffee. to be told there was no more coffee orders being taken (despite all day service advertised, and having had coffees previously). Reported it to the front desk and they didn’t seem very interested. No cafes near by - other hotel patrons were actually going to the hotel over the road (AC Hotel Melbourne) to get coffee !! Given location to any local good coffee spots is quite a distance - the quality of coffee and the service of coffee (including being declined at the all day service bar) would stop us from staying here again. Also our room wasnt replenished with coffee / tea / milk on a two night stay - so we really struggled with not being able to even start our day with a coffee.
