Room was clean and comfortable. Parking in front of hotel except on market day. No lift but we had help with luggage.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that there was insufficient drawer space in the room for clothes, which is why the rating is four stars rather than five.

I used to live in the area so I’ve always wanted to stay here but never had a reason till now. It’s absolutely lovely, the amenities are fantastic and it’s so convenient. All the staff are wonderful.

Lovely pub/hotel with great food and a good selection of beers and spirits. Our room (8) was spacious, well furnished with a very comfortable king size bed and a modern drench shower. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful / highly recommended!
