The staff and the hotel were beautiful, professional, and helpful. The valet parking was ok however, we had to wait 20 minutes to park because they couldn't get an electric car to start. The breakfast was great; however, dinner and drinks were another story. There were so many people trying to eat that they didn't have enough food. If you were lucky to get food, u didn't have a place to sit. We had to pay for dinner at the restaurant. It cost us $ 50, plus tip. We had a good time at the restaurant. I think they should have a color-coded bracelet for all hotel guests to show they are indeed registered at that hotel. The pool water was brown. Please stay at the site with valet parking because the hotel has three separate locations

We loved everything about this hotel, room, food, fitness room, pools and especially the decor. Only hard thing was the echoing hallways when doors close or when people talk. We loved it so much, we became a reward members. We will definitely stay again.

The room was very humid being above the indoor pool. The check-in was hectic and rushed. Rushed valet, you literally have to find a cart and unload as quickly as possible. Nothing in the room to highlight the Hotel itself or local sites, eating places, ect.
