Avoid this hotel if you are an international traveler!!! The way that they were attempting to charge my credit card froze my card multiple times and luckily a few owns could send me $ on WeChat so I had a place to sleep. One time they tried to charge my card repeatedly 7 times!! And when I asked them to slow down to allow my bank in Canada to process the payment properly they were stressed to get payment and made the situation worse. This happened to me 4 times and each time caused me to spend hours with my banks fraud department in Canada. The location is great, very central but the property is worn and things like the A/C worked very poorly. A horrible experience overall and avoid staying here if possible!!

Very convenient and located next to shopping area. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and quality food. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

Never got up in time for the breakfast besides the complementary bananas and figs (tasted like little apples) were plenty for a health breakfast Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Complementary safety deposit box didn't work at first but staff quickly fixed with it new batteries. Range if TV in English very limited unless you paid for the reasonably priced, very wide range of films

It is a great hotel new with all the comforts best is shower amazing strong shower can make you fly Excellent room and amenities woth all the comfort 3 or 4 shopping malls very near to hotel.

Amazing hotel. Clean, and close to everything. Breakfast is great and offer a lot of amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to SZ
