Excellent location, very clean room and all the staffs were very helpful. I had very squeaky set of wheels from my suitcase and was able to borrow a can of WD40 from maintenance to solve the issue. Very helpful!

Lovely property with clean rooms and general areas. Great decor with lots of original wood flooring and ironwork etc. nice atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Enjoyed our meal in 1931 restaurant. Really handy for the Liverpool Philharmonic across the road. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel and the venue.

Добре
The hotel check-in was at 11 am and when we arrived we asked them to let us stay for an extra hour and we would pay for it for two hours. But from 11:30 they called us every 10 minutes and asked us to check out as soon as possible. This is not professional at all… and they charged us £50 for an hour and fifteen minutes
