AI bot useless didn’t know how to manage query for extra bed in room People at the front counter with good service saved the day Please let the IT & Treasury teams know - they need to know If not going to supply laundry bags, toothbrush toothpaste shower cap - expected at this price - no drop in price - then please be clear upfront so customers know what to pack for trip to hotel.

The AI chatbot is useless- is a real human reading this? Tried to get an extra bed - the chatbot was a waste of time - what saved the day was front counter real people on our arrival. Such a common request across the sector yet the AI cannot manage it. Another issue is the emphasis on sustainability being used to remove amenities customers are used to in a hotel at this price. Like toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving blade, shower cap etc if you’re going to change the practice (I see no drop in price!) Please make it clear what this hotel will NOT give customers (at this price) so that we can pack accordingly.

We stayed in the family room on our anniversary getaway. The room was beautiful with a corner window towards lagoon. On New Year's Eve, there was a stunning fireworks display right outside our window. The customer service was excellent and the staff sent us a fruit platter, chocolates and a cake to celebrate our anniversary! It made our day really special! We also had a really great day at the lagoon with the kids. Will definitely return for another visit, hopefully soon! Thank you for a memorable stay ..

Standard hotel room, convenient as it was attached to a mall. Staff were courteous. However, housekeeping didn’t come back with the pillow even after reminder. Huge toilet!
