I stayed here for a week and it was an amazing stay. Historic building, great location for visiting some of the best spots in Chicago, and amazing staff. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Place was in the heart of everything. Easily accessible to a lot of places and to public transportation. Property a little too old and bathroom was kinda small but overall still an amazing experience.

Hotel staff was kind and helpful, hotel is older but in a prime location and priced affordably. Parking was available directly across the street.

Fantastic, walkable proximity to Hancock Tower, Michigan Ave shops, Navy Pier, and Wacker. Other destinations within a short drive or ride on the train. Room was very clean, bed was so comfortable, and while the parking ramp across the street wasn’t as convenient as having it attached, it was easy to access with in/out privileges and very speedy elevators both in the hotel and in the parking ramp. I also really liked how spacious the bathroom was in relation to the rest of the room size - very nice for sharing the space with my spouse. Staff was very welcoming, helpful, and courteous.

The hotel was once a gem but it’s showing its age. Had to beg for a one hour late checkout. That shouldn’t happen at a nice hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location and a great price! It’s a boutique hotel and quite old but the room was clean with nice decor.

It needs to be refreshed it’s drab and dreary and doesn’t look clean my bathroom was dangerous I don’t need a handicap accessible but there are no bars to hang on to getting in and out of shower just depressing and breakfast a joke 1 morning no protein at all
