This property was very good budget accommodation and close to many of the strategic attractions of the city, as well as the Abbotsford Convent Arts precinct & Children's Farm by the Yarra. Close walking distance to the Vietnamese quarter & Restaurants.

Close to a busy street, but off enough to be peaceful. Friendly, communicative staff. Facilities were not extensive, but were well maintained

Honestly, I got exactly what I paid for. It definitely fitted my needs of just needing a bed to crash in for the night and the essentials that comes with it. I would recommend it to people who are just wanting a cheap and easy no-nonsense place to stay.
