For the price I paid you think they'd offer a free breakfast. Not a lot of parking and the snacks in the lobby cost way too much 😕 the parking lot is harder to navigate as there a concrete posts everywhere...not easy to park a truck

The room was clean and fresh, washroom had nice toiletries to use (Dove brand). The front desk was very helpful. The laundry facilities were efficient and handy. The restaurant had a decent breakfast buffet, food & coffee was great! Definitely value for the price! Used to stay here frequently pre-pandemic and they have certainly completely a noticeable refresh of the property! Felt updated and very clean.

The hotel is not well maintained. The rooms are old, scratches in the head board and in the bathroom tile. The hotel is generally dirty (while our room was cleaned fairly well there was old room service dishes in the hallway for over 20 hours. The breakfast is not included in the cost of your room like other Holiday Inn Express’ it costs $15/person. On checkout I had to inform the front desk staff that there was vomit on the sidewalk in front of the main door most likely from an event the night before.
