Had fam rm with 1 twin and 1 double. It was free upgrade. The setup for the bathroom was awful. No door no shower curtain and the partial divider in the shower didn’t come all the way down to the ground. It was short 2-3” so water got out underneath. Which means u had stinky wet rags from soaking the water up. The room was decent size and good aircon controls. Very old looking room. Location was 5-7 min walk to seogwipo olle market area. Great coin operated laundry room. 4 machines each washer & dryer. U can hear talking from the next rooms. No soundproofing. Walking from above.

Casaloma is a great hotel to stay in. Spacious enough in terms of space and very clean. I got a sea view and it was great. The bedsheets and comforter are so comfy too! The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful too when asked for directions to park our car. They are also eateries and convenience shop around the area. The hotel building is also very nicely lit up at night. Overall an excellent great stay.

Great hotel location..good walking distance to the market streets and nearby restaurants. Was offered a free room upgrade as my initial room was not ready. Staff was very friendly ans courteous and provided all the information that I needed to enjoy my stay in Jeju

Very satisfied with the room which was spacious. Bathroom was nice, air conditioning was very effective, and the bed was comfortable. Convenience store 24hr attached (self service if not staffed), good laundry facilities, and bus stop in front (we used the 600 bus from airport). Rooftop pool is heated, and there is a smoking booth at the back entrance. Great area with dining options all around, and great walking areas. Very highly recommended.
