Food was cold hallway windows are open you can hear all the noise from outside no soundproof can hear kids crying from other rooms also the rooms smells like if someone was inside smoking got charge for 5 drinks when they provide only 2 soft drinks the other soft drinks where bought from the store no I don’t recommended this place to anyone!.not to mention it was expensive!

The property itself was clean and well-maintained. However, our experience with the staff was inconsistent and concerning. One staff member offered to assist us with transportation and guidance to Hoi An, but the situation became uncomfortable when he argued with local shop owners over commission related to our purchases. It created confusion and made us question whether our custom items would even be completed. He also pushed us to make purchases or shop at places he would receive commissions at. He initially told us he would stay with us the entire time, but instead we were left in Hoi An, about an hour away. He said a driver would pick us up when we were ready to return. However, once we were ready, we ended up waiting 57 minutes, while being repeatedly told it would be “5–10 minutes.” The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating. The following evening, a custom leather wallet was delivered, but the lobby staff initially denied receiving it. The next morning, front desk staff also stated there was no delivery and even contacted the vendor to question them. Only after the vendor provided photo proof did the staff retrieve the item. Overall, while the property itself was pleasant, the level of service and communication from staff needs significant improvement.

The restaurant food was great. And they patiently waited when the time of closing was up. Seemed some sleepers were provided on the check-in level because seeing people resting there peacefully. The location is close to train station but the area doesn’t have much to do if you have spare time.

Okay for one night but would not return. Close to shopping, but rooms were humid with a damp scent. Found hair on linens and walls are thin. No opening windows; gym is outdated. Appliances worked fine.

One of the worst hotels I have been so far! Everything besides the room itself was dirty, old and worn down. There was literally no wifi, no service provided by the staff, no umbrellas in the room and they also did not bother that different people were upset by the conditions of the hotel. The only umbrella the hotel had available at the lobby was not working property with the print of a real luxury hotel which is even more embarassing that they did not provide own umbrellas. The pool area itself has 5 poolchairs for the entire hotel, is mostly shadowed when the sun is shining (due to high moldy walls) and other than that worn down to the maximum. The "gym" as they try to market it has a maximum of 15kg of TOTAL weights which means you can't do anything there as well + no escalator access to the room. The Spa was way too expensive if you compare it to other providers right around (still with the 30% discount applied which is the standard rate since everyone gets this discount upfront when asking for the price of any treatment). Kind but other than that unhelpful staff, worn down, dirty and not at all recommendable. There are better hotels for less money in the area and I am still searching for the "luxury" which they have in their name.
