Marvelous location with wonderful views. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was clean and functional. The public areas are showing signs of age.

Под средното ниво Staff were very abrupt and not very helpful. The reception was often unmanned and I couldn't find reception staff. Room was in need of repair with various leak marks on the ceiling. Wasn't the experience I was expecting from the photos on the listing.

Really good food including proper breakfast! The room was quirky and nice, with a very low bed. The halls are creaky, but the building is beautiful.

Last minute choice for us but a good one. Lots of dog friendly space outside the hotel in the gardens which, whilst somewhat neglected were still enjoyable and full of wildlife. Hotel itself was slightly dated and could do with a lick of paint or two but overall was in good condition and the evening receptionist and breakfast staff were top notch. Earlier in the evening we had walked out of a hotel we had booked and paid for as it transpired to be dismal but this place was an excellent last minute find and I would definitely stay again.

They closed small bar at 9.30pm! There was a wedding on in the main bar,we had to have an early night!Food was excellent staff were lovely.
