I had an excellent stay at Lacozy Stay. The staff was very accommodating, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, free detergent, and convenient self-service laundry facilities.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent water pressure in the shower—something I always appreciate. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby and easy access to the subway, making it convenient to get around.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Lacozy Stay to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay.

Excellent hotel with outstanding customer service! Our room included a washer, which was incredibly convenient since we were traveling with limited luggage. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room had adjustable air conditioning, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Complimentary bottled water was replenished whenever we finished them. The hotel also offers an amenity kit for 2,000 KRW (about $1.50), which includes all the basic essentials you might need. Everything was spotless and very well maintained.
We requested indoor slippers, and they were provided free of charge. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station. There are also several convenience stores nearby, along with many excellent local restaurants, including Korean BBQ, shabu-shabu, and bakeries.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Bedroom space was very small n hardly no place to put close only 10 hangers for clothes. If you stay more than few days closet space is problem.

Фантастично First time staying at this hotel and the room was huge. Very impressed with the layout, especially in Seoul. Laundry was in the room and a nice open area to relax and watch tv including a full size kitchen with all the utensils and plates. Very modern bathroom but did not like their towels. When new is ok but after one use the towel started to smell and turn yellow. I don't know what it was but it was not very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel for almost a week and the close proximity to bus and metro was nice and many shops at walking distance.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay at Lacozi stay. The room was super spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from central Seoul but it's super well connected with plenty of bus and tube options around. If you're sensitive to sound when you sleep you might find the big street underneath a little loud but nothing a normal pair of earplugs can't help with.

Loved everything about the property except the fact that the building runs on central air. We were not able to cool the room because it was not yet considered spring/ summer weather and therefore they would not cool the building. Luckily the room windows opened and we were able to cool the room that way. Great space and accommodations!

Overall, this was a great experience. The room was great, was comfortable for my family of four to stay in. Staff were always friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable about any question I had. Having a kitchen was very useful, was able to cook a meal when I wanted without having to go out. Location of the property was also convenient with both 7-Eleven and GS25 within short walking distance.
