We couldn’t even get in through the front door! I was never sent a code and my messages were never returned for four days! Expedia tried to get in contact with them and could not. We were literally sitting on the front steps with no where to go. Expedia relocated us within an hour.

There is nothing in the kitchen. Basically no communication beyond automation. No replies to messages.

Great place/ great location walking distance 20 mins from Vatican . It’s self service, so ask questions before your arrival. We didn’t know that the location is gated and had to walk our luggage’s from the taxi to the building which is like half a block up hill :( . Everything is super clean and it looks like it’s been recently renovated. I do recommend the place and will visit again.
