Great condition
Reception staff require more attention for FIT guests and hotel could do better in this regard
Roof maintenance required ie clean grass from spouting before it becomes a real winter problem
FIT travellers expect a hair drier for guests - we aren’t all international guests

Фантастично Un hotel muy cómodo por la cercanía de las habitaciones con el lobby.
Escaleras sencillas de subir con iluminación fosforescente.
Calendarores potentes en las habitaciones hace la diferencia con otras opciones.
Lo que fue lo mejor fue la excelente atención que recibimos por parte de la persona de la recepción quien nos atendió de maravilla.

Good all round hotel in Fox … only real complaint, apart from no (open) restaurant on site, was the noise from other rooms … apart from that very pleasant.

Lovely property, lovely staff. Abi ,the manager was so accomodating . The room was clean , comfy and quiet. They offered everything that you would need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this gem !

Fox Glacier is a very small town so don’t expect much in terms of either hotel or restaurant options. This hotel is a nice spot with friendly/helpful staff and clean, modern rooms. Only (small) complaint about the room I had is that the bathroom is very small (but otherwise functional).

Stay was pretty good, the chap on reception who greeted me on arrival was rude and not welcoming. We had an issue with the tv remote not working properly, and he refused to give my husband new batteries instead making sure that it worked which is fair. He stood in front of the tv and it worked, but wouldn’t work 3 feet away. Was a rude twerp and not suited to front of house work.
