Lovely hotel right on the lake, stunning! All staff lovely and professional especially Maja on reception, she really went above and beyond! Lovely pool and spa area! Nice breakfast! Lovely room with stunning view!

Large well designed room with a gorgeous view if you're lake side. Nice bathroom with instant hot water. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious, buffet for both with lots of variety. All staff with whom I interacted were very nice.

Generally a very nice and comfortable hotel. The “Park View” rooms would be more accurately be described as “Car Park View” so if you want a nice view then the Lake View rooms are really the only option! Was disappointed to have to pay for access to the saunas and parking given the price and quality of the hotel, but the sauna area was very nice and if you like a sauna, then definitely worth it. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection and lovely freshly made crepe station which was a nice touch. Fruit juices were made from concentrate which was also surprising given the star rating. A very solid 4/5- location easily makes up for any negative points.

Great location. Worth paying extra for the balcony with a view of the lake. Hotel is nicely updated. Tasteful decor. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Would definitely repeat. Only thing I didn’t like is that the restaurant bar outside plays lame music later into the evening than you might expect in such an otherwise peaceful place.

The property is ideally situated on Lake Bled with great views if your room is at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is buffet-style as was dinner but I felt the dinner choices weren’t brilliantly prepared and the vegetables soggy. All in all though, a great hotel and perfect position.

Loved this resort. I'd beautiful. I highly recommend staying there. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were designed so well. The entire hotel has that Scandinavian aesthetic and our room was spacious with lots of well designed storage spaces, comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good - something for everyone. The location was incredible - lots to do and many places to stroll, sit or eat. The spa was incredible. Really enjoyed the saunas. My only complaint would be the air freshener in the lobby and hallways. It was really strong. That said, I would love to go back.

Rooms simple, but clean and comfy beds. Location is fantastic and the breakfast very good. Hotel has a rather clinical / industrial feel throughout. Swimming pool on the top floor is good, however I would avoid the park spa (I am not sure the masseuse are formally trained). I understand the Thai massage on the ground floor is a better choice. Overall, 4 star is about right. 5 stars for location and breakfast, 4 for the rooms and 2 for the spa experience
