Room were immaculate the staff were friendly choice of food amazing would recommend I will be going back

The hotel Was immaculate the staff always friendly and helpful the rooms are very nice and cleaned daily I can’t wait to come back and will Be for 2 weeks next time Not one would highly recommend this hotel and the grounds are gorgeous

The hotel small and cosy. Very clean & elegant. The beach is so cool. Pools are crystal clear and joyful. Staff are so decent. Food & Drinks are great. Looking fowrard to come again.

This was our second time staying at Prima Life, and we were even happier than the first! ​The Food Experience: The culinary care here is truly exceptional. While we had a few remarks about the food on our first day, the head chef, Mr. Ibrahim, personally contacted us to hear our feedback and immediately solved everything. Because of his incredible attention and care, the food for the rest of our stay was absolutely outstanding! Every meal had an extremely nice, wide variety of dishes, and the taste was excellent. A special shout out also goes to the awesome pizza served right on the beach. it was absolutely delicious and a daily highlight! Finding a head chef who cares this much about guest satisfaction is rare and deeply appreciated. ​Check-in & Room: Our vacation started seamlessly. We arrived at 11:00 AM, and the check-in was so quick that we were settled into our room in less than an hour. ​Staff & Service: The staff is wonderfully cooperative and attentive. Any time we had a remark or needed something fixed in the room, it was handled immediately. They truly go above and beyond. ​The Sea & Snorkeling: The sea is marvelous and pure. It is honestly one of the absolute best snorkeling spots among all Red Sea hotels. You don't even have to swim out far—the water is so crystal clear that fish swim right around your legs while you are just standing near the shore! ​Overall: We had an extremely happy stay. Hotel is not the newest but is reasonably maintained and kept clean. The location with sandy access to the sea and coral reefs just offshore is superb. Sunbeds were never a problem. Unlike many similar hotels the food is actually very hot from the Bain Marie’s - there are also hot plate, BBQ and Pasta freshly cooked stations giving a great selection of food to choose from; as common to Egyptian hotels the fruit selection is limited, but there is plenty of what there is. Four speciality restaurants, Soho and Exclusive venues being particularly good, set off the food scene. The staff are friendly, Bassem on reception along with his colleagues are efficient and responsive; overall good value for money.
