Great location, very helpful staff.

Very pleasant experience and stay. Location was superb

Positives- lovely and helpful staff. They just wanted to help make your stay good. Attractive hotel. Negatives- air conditioning was meh. But it is all over Europe. And space was super tight. We had four people in a two double bed room and it was tiny. Bathroom could barely fit one person.

Helpful staff. Good location. Clean facilities. The doors would not allow you to close them quietly. We could hear our neighbors come and go.

Habíamos reservado una habitación superior y nos dieron una standard (habitación superior dice tener 19m2 y la que nos dieron era 15m2 = standard). Ellos la tenían clasificada como superior entonces mienten con los m2 que informan. Para acceder a la misma había que bajar escaleras y estaba al lado de sala de máquinas. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche del ruido que había y habíamos llegado 2 am estábamos agotados. Fue la peor noche de todo mi viaje nos arruinó la luna de miel. Y para coronar la peor estadía de todas, al la mañana siguiente nos quisimos bañar y las toallas estaban manchadas con sangre!! Un asco. Le dijimos al gerente todo esto y no se hizo cargo de nada. La atención recibida no es digno de un 4 estrellas.

We had a nice stay at La Suite West. The hotel is located near Bayswater and Queensway Underground tube stations so it is very easy to grab transit. The location is also very convenient it is close to lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, and stores, and right next to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The staff are very nice! We arrived before check-in and they stored our bags and brought them to the room for us. That said, this hotel has a rather strange layout. The floors themselves are split-level so often have to navigate a small set of stairs or uneven floors. We had a room in the basement floor but asked to move because it was DARK with no natural light. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to a room on the 1st floor with a proper window and a bathtub which my wife really appreciated. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the bathtub is awfully high. I would think less agile folks would have a hard time getting in and out. The half-glass divider didn't keep the water from the rain-shower inside the tub very well and ended up with a wet floor. I opted to use the handheld wand after that incident. Also, we could hear noise from the underground tube every few minutes. Honestly, I zoned it out after the first day, and attributed it as something I could live with considering how close were were to the tube. Overall, a pretty good stay. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were clean, but had a musty smell. You could hear the tube running below our room and it was quiet noisy out on the street throughout the late evening. A room on a higher floor or interior may be better. Cleaning staff also left all of their new linens lining the hallway. I have never seen that before, looked rather unkept. The gym is not in the building it is at another location that requires a fee to use.

Really excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are lovely and clean and the beds are comfy! Excellent location too. Highly recommend!
