Absolutely amazing hotel. It’s steps from the beach and a cute little town. I would highly recommend a stay here as it was our favorite stop in our Portugal vacation this summer. Wonderful hotel, wonderful service, the best mixology drinks ever, and delicious restaurants.

We had an amazing week and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Huge shout out to Tiago who treated our toddler like a prince, providing him with chips and floats for the pool. We are so grateful and will be back!!!

Beautiful beach

Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Access to beach convenient. Staff was lovely but waitstaff a little slow especially at the pool bars.

Very much enjoyed the two fine dining options and poolside terrace for luchtime food and drinks. Room on 3rd floor at the back with terrace but slightly disappointed as the garden onto which the terrace looks was not maintained to a good standard compared with other areas. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay which is the second time we have visited this hotel.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The hotel is nice aesthetically and the staff all around were very good and accommodating. The bar had a great assortment of drinks and knowledgeable super friendly staff and the breakfast buffet hit the spot. I was disappointed to find out how much was not included in our stay and our fee. The hotel advertises that it’s on the beach, one would assume you get to use that facility under your fee. Be warned that to use a beach chair - from the hotel you’ve already paid for - you have to pay a handsome sum. Ranging from an additional €30-80 per day. We were also told that there is a beach bar service, this bar service comes at the cost of an extremely overpriced menu and a €10 service fee (save your money and buy drinks from the vendors walking up and down the beach or the nearby snack shack). We also booked in to use the padel courts. The padel courts that are located ON THE GROUNDS. We were charged a court rental fee, racket rental fee and for a pack of balls. I would’ve thought that offerings in the fitness centre would be included, especially because they’re at the literal hotel. I’m just a little shocked that these basic hotel offerings were not included in the price we paid. While we had a lovely stay like I said and I would come back, I want both the hotel and future guests to have a heads up on this feedback.

Really liked it. Restaurant lady was a bit rude but I guess she was just doing her job- however she wasn’t nice

Property was clean but garden rooms need some maintenance.

Phenomenal property in quiet and nice area

Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive.
