Our stay at Hotel Bella Riva was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. The breakfasts were phenomenal, perhaps the best I've ever had on holiday. The service from all of the staff was top tier. Every member of the staff acted with such relaxed professionalism. If I had to say anything was disappointing (nothing really was, but just to say something) the fine dining approach to dinner was a missed opportunity in my opinion. It is hard to have fine dining multiple nights in a row, a lot of people travel to Italy for comforts they know from other countries, pizza, lasagna, pasta, etc. You won't get that sort of thing with Hotel Bella Riva's fine dining dinner menu. Not to say it's bad food, it is good food. It is easy enough to get into the various towns and hotspots around Lake Garda as well, the bus services nearby are very useful, and everything is reasonably walkable as well. Overall, 10/10 experience, would love to come back.

We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel. We slept in the apartments building because we were four but im sure the rooms are even better! Garden and pool and access to the lake are all mind blowing. Breakfast is nice and rich!

The atmosphere is relaxed luxury: upscale without being pretentious. The pool and gardens right by the water create the perfect place to unwind, while the restaurant and bar offer both style and substance, with dining experiences enhanced by panoramic views. What sets Bella Riva apart is the attention to detail. The staff are attentive and professional, always anticipating your needs while making you feel at home. Every corner of the hotel feels carefully curated, from the cozy lounge to the spacious, light-filled suites. If you’re looking for a chic, intimate, and beautifully designed retreat in the heart of Lake Garda, Hotel Bella Riva is simply unforgettable. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with an enormous amount of respect the girls at the front desk were very professional and helpful and friendly and of course Elisa went out of her way to help us with car rental issues she was on the phone for two days to help us get a different car we will never forget her kindness.
