We had a fantastic stay in Villa La Tartana! We had a partial view room, and asked that the beds be split into two twin beds, which were very comfortable. The service was impeccable - among the best we've experienced. They took care of everything we needed - from towels for the beach and, coffee in the morning, and ice refills everyday - it was excruciatingly hot during our visit. It was close to the beach - not too many steps to the Spiagge Grande and not too far from the main street. Suggest that your driver drop you off near the bus stop, but you'll have to carry your bag down a few flights of steps and there's a sloped pedestrian walkway. We didn't experience noise from outside as other reviewers have mentioned. Our room was on the main floor, and after walking so many steps to and from the beach, it was nice to just simply walk in. Breakfast was included and perfect to get us moving in the morning. Don't hesitate to book this place. For the price, it's excellent value for what you've spent.

Amazing stay at Villa la Tartana!! Location of the hotel could not have been better, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants while still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The room was beautiful and the balcony of the partial sea view was perfect. The staff was very attentive and helpful, Alfonso and Mario at the front desk were a pleasure. Would highly recommend staying here while visiting positano.

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. Omelets were so good. They kept your coffee refilled. This hotel was the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The views were great. Rooms were always clean. I would come back!

Staff was amazing. Get the room with the sea view. The view is well worth it. Amazing location, especially for swimming and taking boat rides.

Villa la Tartana was located at the perfect spot close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our room had a beautiful view and the place was very well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely go back!

The front desk staff were so friendly and eager to help. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. We loved the balcony and fresh air. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the beach and tons of restaurants
