The overnight staff is terrible. No water in the room towels. They're not putting towels, the AC in the room is not walking. If you ask the staff for something they're not willing to help. I have to buy water because they do not put water in the fridge. So their services are terrible.

Beautiful Padova. Hotel 30mins from centre at busy & noisy crossroads - so window open not an option for noise. Room good. Breakfast ok only given room price, but beautiful location on 7th floor. Shame 7th floor closed x2 for events at night. Staff great except one suggesting no clothes market at Della Vallee on Sat - as furniture which is one there was not!
