Could not fault this place. I booked incorrectly and non refundable and they were kind enough to allow me to cancel and rebook when they didn’t have to. Upon check in they upgraded our room. Breakfast consists of a choice of vouchers to have Brekky at local cafes, both traditional and western style. We received a welcome drink on arrival that was not advertised and a small fragrant gift on departure. Staff were friendly and positive, saying hello with a smile each time they saw you. Rooms were clean and whilst small (which we knew when we booked), they were functional and just what we needed to put our heads down after a long day. Will stay again. Location is perfectly close to transport and shops.

The hotel is somewhat like a boutique hotel -quaint and small. The reception is just opposite the lift lobby & would need card access to even go to the lift lobby, making it a safe space for solo female travellers. Room is beautifully decorated with a zen like feel. Clever use of space makes the area much bigger. TV screen is gigantic, with amenities like hotel slippers, toothbrush, comb, shower camp, shampoo & body wash, mini fridge, hair dryer & like the touch screen LED mirror Con is the semi-translucent toilet doors which may be slightly akward if not couples staying. ..and lack of a tea spoon. Otherwise, had a very pleasant stay at this hotel

Overall was excellent. But the taxi fee from hotel to airport was very high, much more than we expected. We wished we could know it ahead of time.

we had an amazing stay. the ckeck-in was quick, janet at the reception was very helpful. the location was perfect. close to Singapura Mall, train/subway,bus stops was very near. Lots of restaurants in the area. check-out was just amazing the Manager assisted us in getting a ride. rooms was just the right size for us. bed was comfortable,pillows were great. bathroom was nice. complimentary water was given everyday

Foul smell from bathroom. Kept putting trash bin over vent on floor. But didnt seem to help. Community iron and iron board. Liked how a steamer was available. Needed to get coin from front deak for laundry... Wish it would accepted card. And they way i could have added time to the dryer without a whole other hour

We stayed at the property for 6 days in August, and it was a great experience. The rooms are a little small, but extremely clean and functional. The hotel is also located in a very central location with a lot of options for food, shopping and transportation. Overall, a great experience, and we cannot wait to come back here again.

It was our second time staying at Ji Hotel Singapore. I love this place due to its convenient location, proximity to shopping district and main attractions and at the same time it is far enough from being constantly surrounded by tourists. The staff at the hotel was helpful but not intrusive, we were able to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out. The room was spotless clean and bed exceptionally good. As a bonus, a bar downstairs. Will definitely stay at Ji Hotel during our next visit.
