Our stay at Hotel Le Ballu was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. Every detail feels thoughtful and carefully selected, from the design and interiors to the overall atmosphere. It's elegant without feeling pretentious, and immediately feels warm, welcoming, and uniquely Parisian. What sets Le Ballu apart from so many other beautiful hotels, however, is the level of service and care. Thomas and the entire team were wonderful throughout our stay. Thomas, in particular, was such a pleasure to speak with. You can immediately feel the pride and passion he has for what he does. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuine, and he made us feel truly cared for as guests. The coffee, food, and amenities were all excellent and thoughtfully curated. Nothing felt overlooked. The team anticipates guests' needs in a way that feels effortless, yet incredibly personal. Beautiful design may bring you through the door, but it is the people and level of care that make you want to return. We left feeling genuinely looked after and are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you to Thomas and the entire Le Ballu team for such a lovely experience.

It exceeded all our expectations! Amazing Staff, Amazing food, clean and full of life!!!

The room was rather small for the cost. It was not possible to unload our suitcases. Which is why the rating is Good and not better. The food and drinks were very good and the staff were all very welcoming. It is a quieter area to stay in and not surrounded by lots of tourists. Overall we enjoyed everything except the small room.

Hotel le Ballu is such a great hidden gem. The perfect hidden hotel in a charming part of Paris . Go there ! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious , the common area is welcoming and the staff are great .

Wonderful stay. Lovely hotel and a very accommodating staff. The room was extremely comfortable and large by Parisian standards. Also, the small private pool was a nice bonus.

Great location away from loud traffic and tourist hustle. Cafes and restaurants nearby. 25 minutes walk to Louvre. Hotel staff very accommodating. Breakfast delicious with a very nice winter garden. We stayed in suite with lots of space for 3 people. Clean rooms and large bathroom. Will stay here again.

A lot of character with very nice terrace. Lovely staff. Comfortable rooms.

Would not consider a 5 star hotel. Fire alarm went off for 5-10 minutes at 1:30am on our last night. Staff did not handle well as it was apparently a false alarm. The hotel needs a PA system to notify guests not to evacuate or give an update. No apology or mention from staff or management. Due to an early flight, we had to leave at 3:30am, so this ruined the couple of hours of sleep that we were hoping for. This review would be differently if this issue had been addressed.
