Fab 2 night stay at Surfjack. Live music nights were great, pool and lounge area very inviting and room (penthouse) amazing. Staff were very friendly and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Was lovely seeing owners and their dogs enjoying their holidays together on site. Would highly recommend and if I am ever able to return to Waikīkī, I will be sure to stay again!

This hotel was great. It’s walking distance to all food and shops.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. The hotel has such a fun, relaxed island vibe. The pool area was beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything was clean and well maintained. One of the things we appreciated most was that it was dog-friendly, which allowed our friend to bring her Golden Retriever along while we visited. That made our trip extra special. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time by the pool and just soaking in the atmosphere. It’s one of those places that simply makes you feel happy and on vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and pet-friendly place to stay. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The room was clean, staff was helpful and pleasant. We also loved seeing all the dogs.

Several Dogs On The Property.

Really enjoyed our stay, felt like a home away from home. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Extremely clean considering pets allowed. Only complaint is lack of microwave, but typical for the area. Would recommend for families!

This was our second time staying at SurfJack. We love the location and the less hectic vibe. Rooms are decent size and beds are comfortable.

We just left after staying at this hotel for our 39th anniversary. It’s a verrrrrrry dog and kid friendly hotel. Which can be a good and bad thing. We have 5 dogs, so am used to being awakened by one of them. So on vacation when I heard a dog yelping in the middle of the night, I thought it was my dog lol. You can hear the pups here and there. Not a big deal for us. And getting to pet about 20 dogs was the highlight of our stay. Made us miss our pooches. So that was the only bad thing. Making us sad with all those cute and friendly pups. Being kid friendly meant sometimes hearing a wee one cry. We have 3 grown children, but we remember those days. So for us, the noise was familiar. The bed was comfy. The linens were crisp. The room was spacious which was good for me as I’m handicapped. The balcony was great! The staff was kind. The bartender, a super tall fellow was nice too. We never went swimming. Which we both wish we did as we were checking out today. That’s one reason we chose this place was for the fun pool. Just not enough time in the day. But we did borrow 2 towels every time we headed to the beach or snorkeling adventure. Just bring them back and drop them into the dirty towel receptacle. They even store your luggage if you need. Which we did. It was a safe area to store. The location was spot on. We were very near everything. All of our tour pick ups were within 5-10 min walk. We never used a car. Just walked. It was a great stay!!
