I travel often and this was perhaps the most pleasant and easy stay at a hotel in a city. The staff was very professional, the building is beautiful inside and outside and the breakfast was my favorite meal the whole time in LA/Anaheim. I would highly recommend.

Didn’t like the extra so called destination fee of $40 per DAY they add on when u check in on top of $69 Parkin fees. Just for visiting Anaheim the hotel Charges!’😡😠outrages!!

All went well. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast and staff at Tocca Ferro were not great. The staff was rude, and the waiting time for breakfast was incredibly long, taking over 20 minutes. The menu options were also limited and unappealing. The Chinese man who served omelets and waffles was particularly rude to everyone. The manager, a woman with a pregnant belly, was constantly glaring at the staff. Our dinner at Tocca Ferro was equally disappointing. We all had stomach issues after eating there. The menu didn’t seem to change, and the food appeared to be frozen or pre-prepared. One thing to note is that there are no refrigerators or ovens in the restaurant, so families with young children should be cautious. Overall, this was not a good experience at Tocca Ferro, especially considering that I have stayed at many JW Marriott hotels around the world.

I expected a lot more from a JW Marriott.
