This hotel is worth your money . Hotel is beautiful and just a very short walk to the D mall where a lot of activities are happening . Rooms are clean and beautiful The skypool and the ground pool are amazing. You will find yourselves spending a lot of your time there . Staff are kind and helpful….and very prompt with your requests Breakfast buffet is fine…. Not great , but there are a lot of options. It’s a beachfront hotel but don’t expect an ocean view from your room . Not that it matters If you are having second thoughts about this hotel … pls stop them now, you won’t regret it Also I recommend that you Use the hotel transfer . It’s not very much more pricey than the ipass or other agents . It will be convenient for you especially if you have a lot of luggage and kids and elderly in tow in the rain. You donot have to worry about your luggage until you get to the hotel as their men will carry them all the way through

All the staff are super helpful. Hotel is a little run down in areas, but still feels nice. Location on the beach is great.

I love how the pool overlooks the beach, providing beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was enjoyable, with different main entrées offered each day, which kept the menu interesting. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and we especially appreciated being able to request a ride whenever we wanted to go out.

The fact that there are only 2 elevators for the amount of rooms upstairs. We had to use the stairs most of the time to avoid walking to the other side of the building.

Clean room, warm smiles from staff, excellent breakfast, amazing spa! The resort has a direct beach access, and compared to other beaches, The Lind’s beach front has a powder like sand! The ambience is very relaxing, yoga on the deck with a view is a must try! Evening visits from housekeeping to ask if you need anything is beyond exemplary! On and the pool? It feels like swimming in the horizon. Will definitely book again!

I had a wonderful experience with Hanan Crystal in Boracay. The service was excellent, professional, and friendly from beginning to end. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hanan Crystal to anyone visiting Boracay. Their attention to detail, great customer service, and commitment to making guests feel valued truly stand out. Our reservations team will be pleased to assist you.

• Pool Access Room Advisory: The room is designed for adults. If traveling with children, a waiver must be signed upon check-in.

•The property's sky pool may be reserved for private events and thus may not be open to the public for a certain amount of time.

• Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.

• Incidental Deposit:

Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Security deposit only accepted in the form of Card. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.

• Kid Policy: In order to avail of the child rate, guest must submit a copy of the child's passport or birth certificate during reservation and at the Front Desk upon check-in, otherwise, adult rate will be applied.

Room Occupancy & Breakfast Policy:

Children Aged 0–4: One (1) child may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding (breakfast not included). Any additional children in this age group will incur a child fee.

Children Aged 5–9: Subject to an additional child fee (Bed sharing).

Guests Aged 10 and Older: Considered adults and subject to a standard extra person fee (with extra bed set-up and breakfast included).

Note: All extra child and extra person fees will be collected upon check-in.

 • Breakfast time: From 6:00am to 10:00am only at Sapphire Restaurant. Dress code: CASUAL (Wearing bathrobes, swimwear and sleepwear during breakfast and dinner are prohibited).
