We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that everyone in our family enjoyed. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Great place to get rest and to also work out due to their amazing gym. Only thing is their sauna was out of order when I was there hopefully they get that fixed. Other than that highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with all three palaces within easy reach, along with numerous local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Getting around Seoul by taxi was also very convenient. Every staff member, including the housekeeping team, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!
