Room was very spacious and clean. There was a very strong humid, musty like smell on our floor and in our room though. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to all the action, very walkable.

The staff is seriously so nice and accommodating. Giving helpful tips about the area and they even helped me park. Room was clean and efficient, the pool is nice, but smaller than it looked in photos. Located in the heart of Palm Beach

Location is great, many restaurants and gift shops in the area. Staff was amazing, they were kind and quick to help with any request. We loved Ashanti. Some people complained about the noise in the other reviews, we were on the second floor and didn’t hear much noise. The second floor also had AC in the hallway, not sure if that’s the way it was for all floors. There was an ice/water machine that was convenient. The coffee shop opened early and the coffee was great. Hotel is not super fancy or new, but the other things made up for that. We didn’t try the breakfast there, or go to the pool but we did check it out and it was a nice little area. Parking was limited but we didn’t rent a car, something to keep in mind if you do. The beach had about 15 umbrellas. They started setting up around 8:40-9am. Lots of restaurants also near the beach area. They do offer the golf cart option to shuttle to the beach. Overall good experience. No major complaints.

One the most beautiful places on earth

I chose TRYP because I wanted an adults-only hotel, and my experience was exactly what I wanted. The location is perfect. TRYP is very close to Palm Beach and the restaurants and nightlife of Palm Beach road. The day time is so quiet, it's nice to walk around and enjoy what feels like a "regular day" on vacation. I had a couple of late nights and both were very, very fun times. The beach is so close and it was wonderful having a designated spot for TRYP guests. I wish that I'd had more beach time. I appreciated the on-site cafe where I could get a quick snack and a cocktail. And I very much enjoyed the amenities at the pool (including the gate leading directly to Palm Beach road!) My room was clean and surprisingly always cool considering how fierce the sun was. The floor was occupied but quiet, and I appreciated having uninterrupted sleep. Because although my room faced Palm Beach Road, I was never disturbed by outside sounds. From check-in to check-out, both Cynthia and Jose Luis were stand outs. They were both so helpful (Cynthia even provided an extra towel for my dusty hair after my safari ride) and Jose provided great advice on the hotel and several rides to the beach. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the bartenders at the cafe, but I met two and they made my drinks perfectly. Overall, TRYP had the vibe I was looking for, and I was more than pleased. I would definitely stay again.
