Felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Beds not very comfortable, one small pillow per bed, rough, small towels. You have to ask for a key to the gym, per day. Good location, nice room overall.

We stayed for 8 nights in May, the hotel is smart and a good standard, it was just off season so not everything (restaurant) was fully open however we enjoyed our stay. The location is good with other restaurants etc within walking distance and the main facilities in Hyannis only a short drive away.

Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

Bedroom was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I was glad to have a kettle in the room also.Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful The hotel is sited slightly away from the old town, but is quiet at night because of that. .
