I wouldn't stay there again. Air conditioner wasn't cooling very well, so I checked the filter. It's suppose to be cleaned every two weeks if you look at the manual. It hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. After being clean, it worked fine. The restaurant was mediocre at best. I ate at the breakfast bar every day, because I paid in advance. A lot of the food is cold. Chicken is dry from being over cooked. We ordered a meal from the menu when we first got there and it was pretty bad. By the way, if you bring your Amazon Fire Stick to hook up to the TV, it doesn't work. Don't ask me why, but they are paranoid of someone using the HDMI on the TV. I had someone come into the room and change the settings and then change some settings in their system so we could use it.

The room is big and cozy. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

Good polite check in experience. If you're vegetarian however and require room service you'll have to order via Grab Food as there were only 4 or 5 options in total and all had chicken or beef. The restaurant was more accommodating at dinner time however once I ordered direct from them. I was only the for one night to didn't visit the pool. There was no water in the room, but there were jugs to be filled form the water dispensers dotted around outside the rooms, so this was a nice touch to reduce waste. Not much happening around the hotel itself. Breakfast selection was mostly Asian with a few international options, but there was a large selection of what they did have. Staff are friendly. Given a choice, I would choose somewhere more central, but this was my error in not looking at the map properly when making the booking!

Staff very friendly. Boring breakfast. Cleanliness excellent.

Prompt response. Poor building maintenance. Great staff. Great food. Thanks

Nothing good about it, door was not opening however reported 3 times, not very clean

Room was clean, staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside was the location of the hotel.

Facilities and staff ok. Location poor. Difficult to move around.
