They staff was helpful and friendly and professional. The room was spacious and well stocked and well maintained. The restaurant has very good quality food choices. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were so great and the room was clean and comfortable. Laundry on site was very helpful. The hot tub pretty much no longer exists, which was a big bummer! Overall perfectly nice place to stay.

Sadly the hot tub was out of order and blocked off but the pool was still fun and enjoyable. The fitness room did not have a bike so I used the other equipment, got in a good work out. There was constant ice water and citrus infused ice water available in the lobby area as well as hot coffee and a variety of teas. The laundry facilities were adequate. I went out one night w/family and forgot to bring my keycard but the staff were very accommodating and issued me one additional one. On Friday I asked about the shuttle to the airport for Saturday when I check out. They said the driver had called out and no shuttle would be available. When I went to check out Saturday morning at 4:30am there was a family getting onto a shuttle, I asked the staff if I could join and explained what I was told the day before, they said sure and explained it was the maintenance guy covering for the driver. So I was very pleased w/that. They have a lovely breakfast buffet and although the rest of the menu is quite limited, they do it very well. (So tasty) I think I might stay there again in the future.

Excellent place to stay. I used to stay at a Crowne in Richmond Virginia for work! The quality hasn’t changed in 16 years.

The hotel was very clean and nice. My room was very spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the blackout curtains since it sunny up until midnight.

Booked the stay because of the hot tub and pool and both were out of service . Was given a room someone already had and twice had to have my keys replaced . Nice place , good location , just some frustrating inaccuracies
