Room was small, But another thing are very good.

Hotel is well located near Chinatown with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. About 10mins walk from Kannai Station. This is our 2nd stay in the hotel. This time we're given a smaller room than before. It was tight. Bed was tucked to a corner and getting onto the bed against the wall is tough. Bed is quite hard and the 1 pillow per person is rather soft. Other than that, everything you'd need is provided, including pyjamas, toiletries, tea & kettle and basic skincare products in sample sachets. Towels are changed daily and they're hung in a plastic bag at your door in the morning even when your room is not serviced. Breakfast changed over the 2 mornings we were there. Spread is small but adequate. Onigiri are individually packed which makes it convenient for you to bring back to your room if the small breakfast area is full. Coffee is available at all hours at the breakfast room. You can leave your luggage for free at the self serve area before & after check in & out. Hotel is good for short stay.

Airport shuttle right outside the hotel. The driver is super nice.

The room was good size, it’s clean and comfortable. It came with free Japanese breakfast, that was a surprise. Good place to stay near the cruise port. Walking distance to the cruise terminal.

Truly clean and all the matrials they use to build the suits are nice and smart choices Very organize and clean.

The rooms are tiny which is ok for us, but would be extremely difficult for a large person. Have thought about everything. They have a hot pot, a flash light, etc. Breakfast was unusual for us. Rice and seaweed. But there was a lot of variety, so it made an interesting experience.

It would be better if the staffs can communicate with guests as little. And the breakfast area could be a bigger to accommodate more than just 15 people sitting or standing around to eat their breakfast.
