Air conditioning is working but not well. It is making no sense when their duvet is a very warm one and room temperature was never coming down to 22 or 23. Front desk staff gave us wrong information at beginning by saying our family with 3 people has to stay in on big bed when we booked a family room. Yes, she did mention it is really big bed but it still doesn’t make sense. And she also mentioned such rooms are not available which makes no sense because we have paid full price days ago. Later, when I argued about this makes no sense, she gave me a room and let me check the room but refuse to tell me what is the room look like. Then, when we come inside the room, we have 2 beds and my son can sleep on his own bed.

I travelled with my dog and it was nice that there was a lovely park behind the hotel to walk the dog before our flight. Very handy to the airport

Pillows had been very soft / thin and probably been used for a long time. Time to replace them. Rest was great.
