Фантастично What an amazing hotel in the center of downtown Boise. The rooftop bar was great for an evening snack and a glass of wine or specialty cocktail. I was only in town for 24 hours, but thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The rooms are immaculate and very modern. I’ll be back!

The hotel staff were accommodating and the hotel room was clean. The room and bathroom were a little cramped and there was no elevator up to reception from the street but the hotel is located in a good area close to museums and transportation.

I liked this hotel and would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the property is very conveniently located near the museums and close to pubs & restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful. Answered questions and called taxies for us. The showerhead in our bathroom was not properly fastened to the wall and was breaking away from the wall. It was also installed on the wrong wall, so made for an awkward shower. The carpets also need to be cleaned. They smell like dirty feet. The breakfast was fine but not great and the rooms are on the smaller side but adequate.

Underwhelming. Had to move rooms after the first night as the Aircon was excessively loud. Second room has a strange smell from the shower drain. Rooms looked quite tired, loads of scraoes in the walls.
Good location for the museum and avoids the areas with loads of drunk tourists. But no restaurant or bar, and breakfast was a key down

The location is excellent. You are a walking distance from everything. In general, hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. I was able to be checked in early. The room was small though. If you are travelling with 2 suitcases it will be hard to keep them open together. It was a bad smell in the bathroom, I assumed it was coming from the sewage. The way the faucet is situated in sink in the bathroom makes hard to wash the face. It could have been designed differently so it can move sideways. Otherwise, no problems.

Great Location, the staff was amazing, friendly and very close to everything in the museum quarter. Close to restaurants. For elderly, no lift from the street to hotel for baggage so make accommodations, hotel staff was helpful with this. Lounge was nice, snacks available as well as cold drinks. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well in the room. Small bathrooms and shower but well functioning. Overall would stay again based on location and staff. Wonderful hotel !!
