The lobby is on the 18th floor so already the view is amazing. Staff that helped me were very friendly. I enjoyed the spa and used the laundry machine. Clothes needed extra drying time but be careful because the dryer is in 30 minute intervals so don't try to do it last minute. 7-11 across the street with eateries nearby. Nagoya station is about a 10 minute walk and there are underground walkways to the station if it is raining or too hot outside.

Overall, the hotel is in a great location and offers easy access to nearby attractions. However, one minor inconvenience is that the lobby is located on the 18th floor, requiring guests to take one lift to the lobby and then transfer to another lift to reach the guest rooms. The hotel does not provide on-site parking. Guests are directed to a nearby commercial building for parking, which may be less convenient, especially for families or those travelling with a lot of luggage. As vehicles need to be parked at a separate location, dropping off and picking up luggage can be somewhat cumbersome.

Overall experience was fine, Hope Bath facility & space can be improved to bigger , it was crowded & queueing for the showers. For the breakfast, there were the limits for the main menu and we couldn’t get Hitsumabushi, we booked this hotel for this breakfast :(

Simply amazing hotel experience. The staff were very friendly & helpful from the moment we checked in until we left after a 4 night stay. Great location, close to Nagoya station but very quiet & out of the hustle & bustle. Our room was simply superb with amazing views & a huge bed. Japanese bathing area also inside this property. Inside the Top 5 hotels of all time that we have stayed in. Simply fantastic. Lovely breakfast area & western food choices. We will measure all future hotels against this fabulous location.

We were warmly welcomed by staff who also assisted us in booking a museum visit (where the registration form was in Japanese only). The room was comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable. Thanks to a lovely team!

Excellent hotel. We stayed four nights and the hotel room was clean and well maintained. It was quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect near plenty of restaurants and a couple of stations. We would definitely stay there again!

This was one of my favorite hotels while visiting Japan. The building is close by to the nearest station but a good enough distance away that you don’t get a crowd of people walking by. The lobby was very clean and staff were always nearby for assistance. The hallways were spacious and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. My favorite part of the room was the beautiful view we had of the city. My only complaint would be that the WiFi was pretty slow but other than that everything else was amazing!
