Nice and clean. Larger room than expected. Considerate and helpful staff.

Overall, it was okay. Good location and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. However, the room itself was outdated and minimally furnished. Only one remote for two televisions, two wastebasket for a two-room suite with kitchenette, etc. In search had included that property should have a pool, but didn't realize until after checking in that they did not have a pool. It was a place to stay, but not sure I would choose it again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and unique, great shower. I just wish the waiting time for elevator was less.

The customer service staff was awesome especially Jada. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant with a warm radiant smile and helpful. She was able to up grade our room without any additional charge. The housekeeper (forgot her name) but she was very friendly and shared information regarding Chicago places of interest. When we told her we were from Georgia she stated she has a relative in the Metro Atlanta area. I can’t forget Ruben! He was so helpful and making sure we were safe and different places that we were traveling and if we need it transportation, he will set that up. Ruben is a person that warned your heart with his beautiful smile and his energetic spirit. On the flip-side of our visit, the elevators were terrible awful! There was await period of 5 to 10 minutes before you can get an elevator and it was only one elevator working at a time. Therefore, sometimes when we were going down, we had to catch an elevator that was going up in order to have access to an elevator and use the staff elevator in order to get where we need to go to the first or second floor. I must say that the breakfast menu was a delight and delicious entrées every day. It made me feel like I was home with a good fresh homemade meal Todos to the kitchen staff!!! This place is amazing in so many ways . In loop downtown Chicago all the employees are awesome. Very easy checking in and out . The valent drivers respected my car. Top of the line free breakfast was amazing.

Outstanding! Staff was courteous and professional and helpful in every way. Breakfast was great in a spacious and clean space. Everything very modern feeling though there were touches of nostalgia all around. The location was ideal for walking the area very easily ... everything was within a few blocks.

Hotel is a bit older and valet parking was pretty expensive ($78) a night. But overall a good experience and would stay again.

Room was clean and cozy. Staff was supernice.
