We had an amazing stay at the Plaza Hotel. The hotel is in a wonderful part of the city and within walking distance to a lot of things. The hotel is super charming, and the room was newly updated and beautiful. While there, we visited the Pabst mansion, saw a concert at the amphitheater, and went to Summerfest. It was a great trip!! Also the Cafe at the hotel is quaint and delicious!!

Clean and beautiful maintained historical building.

The property itself looks very outdated and older. Our room though was very clean and had been updated. They have window units for AC and old-school heating but it all did the job. The rooms have a small kitchen for doing your own cooking for small meals. We did their breakfast one morning and it was very good. Staff was amazing on all ends. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Room was not huge but had everything you needed. Having a full kitchen was great. Only issue was a pretty tiny bathroom. Bed was comfy. Stayed for Summerfest and it was a little bit of a hike but better than fighting traffic. Tons to do in walking distance. Great price compared to everything else in the area but we did book very early. Would for sure stay again.

Very clean, great front desk staff, housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly, and I must mention a young man exiting with trash when we arrived. He was extremely helpful with directions and assisted with the exterior door entry, as it was a little tricky at first. I wish I had caught his name😊

Couldn’t be happier with our stay here. Reasonable cost for how nice the room and hotel were. My wife and I even said we wished we could find a similar experience every city we visited.

The property still uses metal keys! The rooms are nice and included a full kitchen! Which had dishes, pots, pans, every essential. Even though the cable was out, the concierge provided us breakfast vouchers for the on-site restaurant, which has delicious breakfast options.

Checked in was seamless. The attendant took the time to let us know how to get to our room and the different doors we could use to get into the building. She also informed us about breakfast and parking. Such an incredible older building, and when we got into our room we were pleasantly surprised. Spacious, bright and clean. It was a gorgeous night and we were able to open the windows that had screens in. We have never seen that in any hotels. Very walkable/safe area. We went to a show at Miller lite theater and walked home after the show. We have been traveling a lot within the last few months and the Plaza Hotel has become one of our top favorite hotels to stay. We went to the cafe restaurant the next morning for breakfast. Reasonably priced and good options and the food was good. Highly recommend and will definitely stay when in the area. I have not stayed in a hotel for a long long long time that had actual keys to get into your room and the optional entrances.
