Love that we are right by the canal. Very convenient to everything. Rooms are big, facilities are clean and staff were amazing. We didnt spend much time here since we were here for the BTS concert in Brussels. We would’ve to stay here again when we’re back in Belgium.

We were upgraded to a large suite which was nice More importantly, the hotel was clean, well situated, and had free food amenities for guests during the day. The staff was professional and courteous It was more pricey than other options, but we enjoyed the stay

Great stay lovely staff went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. Good sized room very clean. Breakfast had a good choice of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Helpful people in the reception that helped me get a room with a view. I have no complaints and lived it’s vicinity to the most beautiful canal in gorgeous Gent!
