Останах със семейството си · За развлечение

The room was tiny but comfy. I couldn't sleep the first night due to a water-leak sound from the AC, but they were happy to switch my room the next day, which was great. The desk was small, but the tub was big enough to relax in. I didn't get the breakfast buffet as the photos didn't look appetizing and it felt a bit expensive. Plus, waffles for breakfast aren't really my thing—a bit too unhealthy for me. Loved the free coffee anytime! The staff were all very nice. The washer and dryer were also reliable even after four uses.

Like Chisun for consistency in clean and simple room, free and easy parking. Good for a night stay en-route to other places.

It’s far off from station. There are no options for vegetarians in breakfast menu.

I booked it during hot season. So the price is higher than general. Condition is fair compared to the price. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Самостоятелен престой · За развлечение

The property is located in the silent place. But the property is far from Karuizawa station and there is not restaurants near the property so if you stay here, you need to eat the dinner near the station. And around this property, the street lights are few so the area is dark and danger to walk around here in the midnight.

The staff spoke English was an added advantage. Was very helpful. The pillow and bed in the room was as hard as a rock. That made our rest difficult. 😢
