The breakfast was good, especially with the assortment of tropical fruits and bread. The staff were really friendly and helpful, too. While the place was generally clean, the room had many ants.

La Habitaciòn muy pequeña , no se podia caminar, pero lo peor fue el baño , inodoro muy viejo y no servia, las puertas de baño igual no funiconaban, no habia jabòn de baño

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.

The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby.

cleaning of the rooms leaves something to be desired, very dirty elevators, air conditioning leaking water on the floor of the room and the shower door does not close properly, causing a risk of falling.

Hotel is a bit tatty with things falling apart! Ran out of food for breakfast by 7.50am Ran out of cutlery and plates.Had to ask for bed sheets and the hall to be vacuumed after 3 days. Air con in one room not working . Bar ran dry. Safe not working X 2 Keys continually needed reprogramming
