I have stayed few times now in this hotel and have slept very well great comfortable bed and rooms location is fantastic to china town and better end of Melbourne for clicky bars and cafes and restaurants very safe part of town

Hotel is in a great location. I love the technology integration and self check in. Staff were always helpful and on hand if needed. I had room service and the food was served promptly and very tasty, better than most hotels I have stayed. second stay at hotel and would come back.

Good convenient location, rooms were good and clean. The bathroom entrance has a little slope, can be a slip hazard. Staff were good, and room service is decent. The amenities can be better with providing the essential toiletries and restock teas/coffee.
