Good value for the money, helpful staff, we could check in a little earlier, free outdoor parking.

Clean room, looks freshly updated. The room has two twin beds next to each other making it look like one large bed. I found that strange and not very comfortable

The room we had was nice the bed mattress was amazing very comfortable to sleep in.

I stayed with you two days ago and had a terrible experience. Our flight was cancelled by Air France on the 18th, so we booked a last-minute hotel with you. Your listing states that the rooms offer AC. After arriving and checking in, we found that the AC in the room was not working. We asked the front desk person to check it for us and he said it was broken. The room was about 85 degrees and impossible to sleep in such heat. We had another full day of flying the next day and needed sleep, so we asked for a different room or the option to get a refund and book another hotel. The front desk manager was rude and said he could do nothing. With no options left, we tried in vain to sleep in an 85-degree room and laid there all night with no sleep. The next day we dealt with two more Air France delays and cancellations. I spent hours lying on the floor at the airport trying to sleep as my body shut down from sleep deprivation, only to have to get up and run through the airport when they cancelled another flight to try to rebook. My girlfriend was so exhausted that when we arrived in Florence she had a heat stroke — she threw up, passed out, and lost bladder control while unconscious. All of this could have been avoided if we had been able to sleep instead of trying to survive with none. I also ended up throwing up the next morning after trying to sleep with no avail. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Very clean, cosy and comfortable

This place was the absolute worst, the staff is rude and don't even acknowledge you. We checked in and the girl that was at the front desk was rude and developed an attitude with us. We couldn't log into the wifi and she had control over that. She kept saying give it a few minutes. It felt like she was doing it on purpose. We got into our room and still didnt have connection. We decided to order food and have it delivered, when the first part of the food arrived we sat down on the communal area and ate it. Nobody said anything. When the second part came we were about to eat it and a woman from behind the bar asked us if we spoke English, we said yes. She proceeded to tell us that we couldn't eat there, that we had to eat in our room. There was one chair and a desk in the small room not enough space to eat comfortably. Then we asked if there was a mini fridge in the room, this time it was a different staff memeber. He literally didnt look up and make eye contact,never said hello what can i help you with... nothing! Every single person was the same. Absolutely zero customer service skills. The room seemed cleaned but there was some weird looking stuff on the bathtub. The sheets and comforter where draped all the way to the floor, which seemed odd that the sheets would be touching the floor. Our experience here was not a good one and won't be coming back.

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room and had to challenge this with reception. It felt like there was reluctance to provide the room I had actually paid for, which was frustrating and not what you expect after a long journey. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, the situation was handled poorly and added unnecessary stress to the start of my stay. The reception staff were unwelcoming and came across as rude and dismissive throughout. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Rather than feeling like a valued guest, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. A hotel stay should be relaxing and straightforward, but this was the opposite. I won’t be staying here again and would recommend others consider alternative options, especially if good customer service matters to you.

Breakfast was awesome but was told kitchen opens at 7pm,so unable to make orders before then. The following day,even at 7pm,I was told the only food they had was pizza and directed to a shop where I could get chicken and chips. I had food poisoning- vomited that night. The room had no intercom and I was alone so couldnt contact anyone. Thankfully,I survived the night
